We pride ourselves on being a very transparent and forward thinking care provider. We have very good relationships with all our regulators. However, the Company and its employees, Directors and owners are only human. We do not get everything right and mistakes will be made that everyone needs to learn from. That is how we improve and grow as people and as a care provider.
If you have any complaint, query or concern that you want to raise with us, please complete the following form by answering the questions below as fully as you can.
We investigate all legitimate whistleblowing concerns and/or complaints thoroughly. To enable us to do this, please could you provide as much information about who, did what, where, when, how and why also listing any witnesses to the events or incident where applicable. That would then greatly assist us in pinpointing what happened and who to speak to, to get to the bottom of what has gone on.
If you wish to receive feedback about your concern, please leave your name and a contact email address or phone number. Alternatively, you can raise a complaint anonymously, but this may mean that if your concern is not entirely clear to us, we can’t come back to you to clarify any queries we have about what you say happened. This could mean that people remain unsafe or at risk of further problems.
